How is the weather in November in Denmark?
Seen over a period from 1961 to 1990, the month of November on the average has been the wettest month of the year. Twelve out of thirty days are rainy with approx. 70 mm. rainfall. Or snow, because it can be cold with average temperature in daytime of 7°C and a little above 2°C at night.
On the 28 November the sun rises over Brahetrolleborg Castle at 08:15 and it sets at 16:00. Even though the days are short, the sun is shining on the average for 55 hours over the month of November.
Having said this, the weather each individual year varies a lot in November, and it can be very nice autumn weather. However, the safest advice is to prepare your CDE-2009 clothing to protect you from both cold and quite wet weather.
Please prepare footwear for walking-up and the walking to and from drives which may be required.
